Scrumptious Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got the recipe from my step grandma (:. If you love softer cookies, these are definitely the ones for you, but make sure to eat them the day they are made. If you like harder cookies, they can still be delicious by waiting a couple hours before eating them. They taste chocolatey, easy to make, scrumptious! Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. baking soda

1 pinch salt

1 cup and 2 tbsp flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1.Heat oven to 325 degrees farenheit.

2. Mix margarine, brown sugar and white sugar together. Add egg, baking soda and salt. Mix in flour. Mix thoroughly until no dry flour remains. Add chocolate chips and mix.

3. Bake on parchment paper for about 9 minutes.

Makes about a dozen cookies.
