Best Chocolate Mousse

Best Chocolate Mousse

I got this recipe from Kraft, and it is one of my favorite mousse recipes. It tastes extremely decadent and luxurious with a perfectly airy texture. It is made with BAKER‘s chocolate, which adds to the wonderful taste.

3 eggs, divided

7 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled

2 cups whipping cream (whipped)

3tbsp. icing sugar

2 cups fresh raspberries

1. Seperate 2 of the eggs. Place yolks and whites in separate medium bowls. Set the egg whites aside for later use. Add the remaining whole egg to the egg yolks along with the melted chocolate; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping. Set aside.

2. Beat egg whites with electric mixer on high speed until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Spoon evenly into 8 dessert dishes; top with raspberries.

3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream just before serving, if desired.
