Easy Tiramisu
Easy Tiramisu
I got this recipe from my aunt, and she definitely is the best tiramisu baker! It has a fancy taste that’s easy to make. This cake is great for a get together, a special occasion or an after-work/after-school snack.
Ingredients
About 40 ladyfingers
2 pkg. jello instant vanilla pudding
2 cartons/pkg. of 500ml 35% cream
Espresso coffee
Cocoa powder
Directions
1. Dip cookies in cold espresso and arrange cookies in a square pan (or rectangle; 8” x 12”) on the bottom. Alternate pudding and cream over cookies and sprinkle with cocoa.
2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
