Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Enjoy the looks of admiration on everyone’s face while they eat this sweet pumpkin pie. Fresh pumpkin or even canned will still be good for this recipe; it still gives the pie the best flavor and texture. Add whipped cream for extra taste!

2 slightly beaten eggs

1 3/4 cups pumpkin

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/4 tsp. cloves

1 2/3 cup evaporated milk/ light cream

9 inch unbaked pastry shell


1. Heat oven to 425 degrees farenheit.

2. Mix ingredients, besides pastry, in the order given. Place the pastry shell on the pan, then pour the mixture into the pastry shell.

3. Bake pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees farenheit and bake for 45 minutes.
